Fattoush Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce chopped

  • 1 english diced cucumber

  • 1/2 a pint of cherry tomatoes diced in halves

  • 1&1/2 of chopped coloured peppers

  • 3 thinly sliced radishes handful of loose mint

  • 1 Tbsp of sumac

  • 1/2 a bunch of chopped parsley

  • 1 cup of cubed pita bread

  • 1&1/2 Tbsp of Original Toum

  • 1 medium sized lemon

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp of Salt

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Dressing

In a bowl stir; Original Toum, lemon juice, and oil until fully combined.

Pita Chips

Toast pita bread on a flat pan in the oven at 350 F for 10 minutes. Flip to avoid burning.

Method

Start building the Fattoush Salad by adding all the chopped ingredients to a large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on top. Toss everything to combine well. Add the pita chips on top to stay crispy. Sprinkle sumac
