Smokin' Chipotle

Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of devained uncooked shrimp

  • 2 TBSP of Smokin' Chipotle Toum

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/8 of a cup of olive oil

Dressing

Add olive and Smokin' chipotle Toum into a bowl and stir until fully combined.

Method

Lightly salt the thawed shrimp. In a mixing bowl, toss the thawed shrimp with the marinade until they are completely coated.

Let the marinated shrimp sit in the covered bowl for a minimum of 1 hour in the fridge.

Thread the shrimp on skewers and brush the remaining marinade on top. Place the skewers on the grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
